Download Raspbian OS image for SD card from

Use RASPBIAN STRETCH WITH DESKTOP (Image with desktop based on Debian Stretch)

To burn SD card use Etcher

Or Win32Disk Imager
https://sourceforge.net/projects/win32diskimager/

When finish writing image to SD, insert in to the LVcontroller.
Boot normally, on the first time wizard set

1. Country and Time Zone
2. Password for default pi user
3. Updates
4. Optional WiFi

Reboot and open raspi-config from SSH or from desktop menu

Enable under Interfaces tab

SSH; VNC; I2C; SPI; Remote GPIO; optional Camera

Reboot
